Radiation Power
Radiation is energy in the form of waves or streams of particles. There are many kinds of radiation all around us. When people hear the word radiation, they radioactivity, but radiation has many other forms, sound and visible light are familiar forms or radiation, other types included ultraviolet radiation (that produce a suntan) infrared radiation (a form of heat energy), and radio and television signals.
Radioisotopes
Isotopes that are not stable and emit radiation are called radioisotopes. A radioisotope is an isotope of an element that under goes spontaneous decay and emits radiation as it decays. During the decay process, it became less radioactive over time, eventually becoming stable.
Once and atom reaches a stable configuration, it no longer gives off radiation, for this resign, radioactive Sources:- or sources that spontaneously emit energy in the form of ionizing radiation as the result of the decay of an unstable atom – become weaker with time, as more and more of the sources unstable atoms become stable less radiation is produced and the activity of the material decreases over time to zero.
The time it takes for radioisotopes to decay to half of its starting activity is called radiological half-life, which is denoted by the symbol t1/2. Each radioisotope has a unique half-life, and it can range from a fraction of a second to billions of years. for example, iodine-131 has an eight-day half-life of 24000 years, a radioisotope with short half-life is more radioactive than a radioisotope with a long half-life, and there for will give off more radiation during a given time period. There are three main types of radioactive decay.

  • Alpha decay:- Alpha decay occurs when the atom ejects a particle from the nucleus, which consists of two neutrons and two protons. When this happens, the atomic number decreases by 2 and the mass decreases by 4, examples of alpha emitters include radium, radon, uranium and thorium.
  • Beta decay:- In basic beta decay, a neutron is turned in to a proton and an electron is emitted from the nucleus. The atomic number increases by one, but the mass only decreases slightly. Examples of pure beta emitters include strontium- 90, carbon -14, tritium and sulpher-35.
  • Gamma decay:- Gamma decay takes places when there is residual energy in the nucleus following Alpha or beta decay, or after neutron capture (a type of nuclear reaction) in a nuclear reactor. The residual energy is released as a photon of gamma radiation. Gamma decay generally does not effect. The mass or atomic number of radioisotopes, example of gamma emitters includes iodine-131, cesium-137, cobalt-60, radium-226, and technetion-99m.
Possession of the material
Until the entire payment of all account holder/beneficiaries in this business the material will be in the joint custody. Means while if any authorized person from the side of first party or the second party wishes to see the material, facilities should be provided by both of the first party and the second party.
Memorandum of understand
This memorandum of understand is executed at………………………………………………………………..state……………………………………………………20………………………………between …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… aged ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… (here in after referred to as “first party” or “the seller) and m/s phoenix international ,(here in after referred to as “second party” or the “buying company”) represented by Mr……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. designation in m/s phoenix international, as financial directed, age about ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… years, for the sale of rare material .
First payment
After the completion of the entire test by the main tester and the material is found to be genuine one, that is iridium upper (rice pulling). Then the first payment (token advance) …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… with all the necessary official document for usages should be given to the first party at the place where he decides and to the person he recommended to give after this. The material is kept in joint custody of the first party and the second party and then the material is transported to the risk of second party and kept in at the residential house of the first party under the joint custody till the second party has paid all the amount due by this memorandum of understanding to the first party. From the time of taking the delivery of the material by the second party from the first party on wards all responsibilities to preserve the nature of the material as per the paragraph.
Material transfer
The material will be transferred to the second party only after the full amount withdrawn by the first party. Power of attorney to the deal the material or the key of the room where the material is kept. Will be given to the second party only after the withdrawal of entire amount by the first party covered by this movement with all official and departmental clearances. At the time of receiving key of the door of joint custody the second party should give the receipt of the material and its total ownership.
Declaration
The terms and conditions stipulate herein are made for the smooth completion of the business. All person related in this business shall co-operate full heatedly. We agree to those terms and condition and agreed to do this business with our full cooperation and satisfaction. “The second party has taken the delivery of the material from the first party after confirming that material fulfills all characteristics and passes the entire test prescribed in the paragraphs “schedule of the rare material and main test”.
